I love seeing Dr. Tate. She is always helpful, knowledgeable and interested in what I have to say. I have never left her office without having all my questions answered to my satisfaction. And boy do I have so doozies! Together, as doctor & patient we make a good team that works hard for my health. I have complete trust in her and will continue on this journey together to make my life better.

I am fully convinced the staff at Grassroots are real life angels. I went for my first visit today and was an emotional mess due to a scary unknown lump in my neck. The ladies were so kind & patient with me, and genuinely made me feel so much better being under their care. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I truly appreciate their energy & their transparency, and how quickly they scheduled me and got my results back to me. Brooke, Katie, Jenn & Ale were all so kind to me. Love Dr Tate’s listening ear! She’s always attentive, gives good feedback and willing to resolve whatever issues and concerns I have before leaving the office. We always have a game plan for my next office visit.

I just started going to Dr. Tate this year. Each time I go, We reevaluate everything that we’re doing. Finally I found a Dr. who listens to me, is knowledgeable about the things I am experiencing with my body, and has alternatives for me to consider the best way forward. I was so tired of being shrugged off by mainstream medicine! Dr. Tate is such a refreshing change!

Brooke is the best. She really knows what she’s talking about, but more importantly makes sure you understand. You cannot go wrong with Brooke at grassroots.
